Hill Country Counseling Associates provides clinical supervision to LPC-Interns, required for their graduate program and full licensure. We do not serve as a site where Interns may earn hours; we only offer the required supervision.

Clinical supervision includes 24/7 coverage of the temporary license with your supervisor's full license (i.e., whenever an LPC Intern is working as a counselor). In other words, your supervisor carries limited liability for the practice of LPC Interns under their supervision. Therefore, we require strict adherence to weekly or bi-weekly meetings. (We offer web-cam supervision as an option for weekly face-to-face meetings, although no more than half of all supervision meetings may be in this format).

The monthly fee for clinical supervision services under Rita Moreno, LPC-S is $225 per month. (You may read her bio on our "Therapists" page.) We encourage supervisees to interview several supervisors in order to find a good "fit", for both the supervisor and the supervisee, in personality, professional development goals and logistics (i.e., available times and location to meet).
