Rita Moreno, M.A., LPC-S, NCC

Rita is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Founder/Director of Hill Country Counseling Associates, PLLC.  She received her Master's degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and has worked with adolescents, adults and families experiencing a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, codependence, divorce, blended families and rejected/neglected children, to name a few.

Sylvia Villarreal, Ph.D., LPC

Dr. Sylvia Villarreal is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), having completed her Masters degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and her doctorate in Depth Psychology at the Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California.  Her experience as a counselor and psychotherapist expands over a period of 20 years, in which time she provided individual, group, family and couples counseling services to diverse populations in various settings. Most recently, she has been employing mind-body techniques for stress management with cancer survivors and members of the military.

Martha Walch, Ph.D., Psychologist

Dr. Martha Walch is a Licensed Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with young adults through Seniors.  She received a B.A in Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Trinity University, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University.  Her areas of interest include Depression, Anxiety/Stress, PTSD, Relationship Issues, Adjustment/Developmental Issues, Grief and Loss. She uses a combination of techniques, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness approaches, to help her clients obtain the tools and insights they need to lead productive and satisfying lives.

Rika Collado, Psy.D., Psychologist

Dr. Rika Collado is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Psychologist who obtained a doctorate degree at the Ponce Health Science University in Puerto Rico, and completed her post-doctoral training in Portland, Oregon.  She specializes in individual and family therapy, parenting skills, behavioral problems and acculturation issues. Rika has worked in a variety of settings, including, clinics, home based, nursing home, rehabilitation facilities and schools.  She follows Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches to psychotherapy, and strongly believes in peopleís ability to change.

Jason Lopresti, Ph.D., LPC, NCC

Dr. Jason Lopresti is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).  He earned a Masterís degree and a Doctorate degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and has over 15 years of experience in the counseling field.  Jason works with adolescents, adults, couples and families, treating issues including: anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, abuse, employment/educational issues, self-esteem issues and addictions.  Jason utilizes an integrative counseling approach that incorporates such theories as person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and other theories as clinically indicated.

Jonette Coquat, LCSW, LCDC

Jonette Coquat is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), currently completing her Ph.D. at Capella University. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, where she also completed coursework required for the LCDC license. Jonette has worked with children, adults, couples and families experiencing a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, marital/family issues, chemical dependency, attachment disorder, and many others. She uses an integrative approach to therapy, including faith-based, play therapy, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused or any other theory that is appropriate for the issue and is the best fit for the client.

Maria Camacho, MA, NCC, LPC Intern
Supervised by Rita Moreno, LPC-S

Maria is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Intern, currently completing the clinical hours required for full licensure by the State of Texas. Maria is supervised by Rita Moreno, LPC-S, and charges a reduced rate of $25 per counseling session.  She works with adolescents, adults, couples and families, experiencing a wide variety of issues.
