Hill Country Counseling Associates proudly announces a "Boundaries” counseling group,
based on the best seller by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend.

Do any of the following apply to you?

~ Do you have a problem saying "no"?

~ Do you often feel taken advantage of and, as a result, become resentful or angry?

~ Do you feel dumped on at work but continue taking on more work without standing up for yourself?

~ Do others make you feel guilty or trap you into doing something you don't want to do?

~ Are your parents or children too involved in your life, when you are a capable adult?

~ Do you feel compelled to share information with others that don't want to share?

~ Do you feel manipulated or coerced into following advice that you don't want to follow?

All of these situations are the result of failing to establish and enforce personal boundaries. This group will help you understand the various ways that a lack of boundaries can affect you and how healthy it is to set limits in various areas of your life.  You don't have to sacrifice your health and happiness to make others happy or feel guilty when you have to say  "No".
